Everything we make starts with our slow-fermented sourdough, crafted with bromine-free imported flour and cold-pressed olive oil, because we believe what goes into the dough matters just as much as what goes on top. Our menu takes you around the world... from Korean BBQ and shawarma to tikka masala and classic Margherita... all on a crust that's light, crispy, and easy on your stomach. Our sourdough cinnamon rolls have become a Bay Ridge obsession in their own right, with flavors like Dubai chocolate, pistachio, and biscoff that people can't stop talking about. As Simone T. shared, "I am a pizza snob and I take pizza very seriously, but lately I haven't been able to eat it because of the ingredients... but enter Anna Bella." Anna built this café from her own story, her family values, and a deep belief that everyone deserves pizza made with real ingredients and real care.
